Michelle Lovingood, a native of Chattanooga, grew up in Chattanooga and now lives in Soddy Daisy, TN. Her roots are grounded in East Tennessee and has extensive knowledge of Chattanooga and the surrounding counties. She has been involved with Property Management for several years with an extensive management background of more than 20 years that not only includes Property Management but also owning and operating her own licensed daycare and directing a large daycare in Chattanooga. Michelle Became the Property Manager For CBPR in 2019 when the Property Management Division was established and attained her Brokers license and became the Principal Broker in March 2023. Michelle holds current Tennessee and Georgia Real Estate Brokers License's and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Her passion is helping others and providing Customer Service that exceeds expectations with a personal touch. On a personal note Michelle is married to her husband Jason and the proud mother to her 3 children Tristan, Trinity and Trintan and her bonus daughter MaKenzie. She is very active in her church and volunteering at her children's school. Michelle enjoys the outdoors, traveling, fishing, exercising, shopping and cheering her children on in their many activities and sports.

The Property Management Division, headed up by Property Manager Michelle Lovingood , serving Hamilton, Bradley, Rhea, Marion, Sequatchie, and Bledsoe Counties in Tennessee and Walker and Catoosa Counties in Georgia. Michelle has over 20 years of management experience with 14 of those in Property Management. Courtney Simmons is the Property Manager Assistant and is an asset to the division handling the majority of Tenant Relations. Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty’s goal is to provide a residential property management service that stands out from the rest by going above and beyond the expectations of both property owners and tenants. Courtney Simmons spent most of her childhood living in the Soddy Daisy area but now resides with her family in Dunlap, TN. She likes to travel and spends quite a bit of time in the Chattanooga area, giving her familiarity with our surrounding counties. She is fairly new to Property Management as she joined us in October 2023 from the education field. She has always had an interest in real estate and has an extensive background in customer service prior to her education days. She loves working with others and providing them with exceptional customer service as she helps them achieve their goals. In her personal time you will find Courtney enjoying being with her husband, Joe Brandon, her 2 children, and her grandson, Remy. She also loves to travel and see new places. Her youngest son is Joe Brady and he plays travel and high school baseball, keeping her on the go regularly. Her oldest son is Garrett and he is a career firefighter, as well as a volunteer firefighter in his free time. She is active in her church where she serves in the nursery and volunteers for community events. Courtney enjoys traveling, shopping, reading, watching baseball and spending time with her family.
